My name is Pastor Randall Horres. I have been in pastoral ministry for over 16 years. Prior to becoming a Pastor in the United Methodist church the Lord put me to work in Hispanic ministry, prison ministry, and mission work in Honduras for many years. I am an avid student of the Holy Bible and preach scriptural sermons. 

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the College of Charleston. It has been my privilege to have participated in leadership training workshops at Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington Illinois. Five years of Disciple Bible Study and completion of the five year course of study for local pastors at Duke University have helped me develop a love for God’s word. My goal is to continue always learning and serving the needs of my congregation.

My wife Renee and I have been married for twenty years and have two grown children. Renee is a vital part of my ministry. How great is it to be a Pastor on Folly Beach! We are grateful to be here. We love meeting our many visitors and attending to the faithful here on Folly.
